The incident happened on July 12 in the village of Dubove, Kovel district, Volyn region. During the inspection of military accounting documents, the serviceman of the territorial equipment was attacked. This was reported in the Volyn Regional Shopping Center and JV.
According to official information, the man who was stopped for checking suddenly hit the representative of the shopping center with a shovel - twice: on the face and in his hands. The attacker then disappeared from the scene.
The victim was taken to the trauma point of Kovel MTMO. Doctors were diagnosed with him:

closed oblique fracture of the basic phalanx of the first finger of the right hand without displacement;

Right cheek slaughter.
The attacker's identity is established. He was declared suspicion under Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (deliberate strike by an employee in connection with the performance of his duties).
The CCC has called for citizens not to resort to violence against defense forces, reminding that such actions qualify as criminal offenses.
