In Transcarpathia, four people, including two children, were poisoned by carbon monoxide

A tragic incident occurred in the village of Zabolotne in Zakarpattia — four people, including two children, were poisoned by carbon monoxide. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).

An extraordinary event took place in the village of Zabolotne of the Bilkiv community.

A 38-year-old woman suddenly felt unwell while doing housework.

"Fortunately, she had time to call her neighbors, who helped her, as well as her 17-year-old daughter, 11-year-old son, and 39-year-old fellow villager to get out into the fresh air," the State Emergency Service said.

The injured were quickly taken to the hospital. The preliminary diagnosis is carbon monoxide poisoning.
