A new multimodal logistics hub called "Terminal Chornotysiv" was officially opened in the Berehiv district of Transcarpathia. This modern "dry port" will become an important part of the infrastructure for transshipment and transportation of goods not only in Ukraine, but also abroad.
In Transcarpathia, the enterprise "Terminal Chornotysiv" began operating, which functions as a new multimodal terminal - the so-called "dry port". This was announced by the head of Zakarpattia OVA Viktor Mykyta.
It is noted that this multimodal terminal is a large logistics hub on the territory of Berehiv district.
The main function of the enterprise is transshipment of various cargoes, in particular, not only agricultural products, oil, but in the future also petroleum products - for the purpose of further transportation to recipients in all corners of the world,
The terminal has a good geographical location - close to the border with Hungary and Romania.
The enterprise is actively expanding its production processes and intends to increase the volume of goods transshipment several times in 2025. According to the head of OVA, the enterprise's production area is 14.1 hectares. The total amount of investments made today is about UAH 282 million.
