According to the investigation, in March 2024, the people's deputy offered to give him a kickback for not obstructing the tender for the repair of a water main in the Okhtyr district of the Sumy region.
According to NABU and SAP, the kickback was 10% of the total amount of the concluded contract, and another 4% was supposed to be handed over to law enforcement officers so that they would "close their eyes" to violations. According to the investigation, it is about the amount of UAH 3.4 million.
