NABU published fragments of telephone conversations in Komarnitsky

The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) published fragments of telephone conversations of the participants of the scandalous case of Denis Komarnitsky, the excellence of the Kyiv City Council, which, according to the investigation, was involved in land schemes and corruption in the Kyiv Council. The records show a number of shocking facts and ties of Komarnitsky with the high -ranking officials of the city, as well as with deputies of the Kyiv City Council.

According to NABU detectives, not only Komarnytsky, but also his accomplices, among which deputies of the Kyiv City Council, including Olena Marchenko, who recently collate as 50 million UAH, and Petro Olenich, whose pledge amounted to UAH 15 million, appear on the records. The most interesting moments relate to the persons involved in land issues. In particular, Komarnitsky's conversations are recorded on audio, which repeatedly emphasizes his financing of three political parties at the central level, including participation in the distribution of key positions in the Kyiv City Council.

One of the most scandalous points is the proposal of a bribe to deputy Elena Marchenko in the form of an apartment worth $ 100,000. Responding to this proposal, Marchenko notes that she would have sold the apartment better because she does not need real estate in Kiev because of compulsory declaration. These conversations directly indicate the scale of corruption schemes that involve high -ranking officials.

The loudest moment is the participation of Secretary of Kyiv City Council Volodymyr Bondarenko. The records hear how Komarnytsky criticizes Bondarenko for delaying the closure of the Kyiv City Council session, demanding that it be completed faster and using a rough vocabulary. This confirms the existence of significant political influence of Komarnitsky in the local government, as well as his direct contact with other key persons in Kiev.

These NABU records have sufficient evidence for further investigations and possible prosecution of other land schemes. Perhaps it is only the beginning of a large corruption investigation, which will affect even more high -ranking officials, including those who are directly related to the Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko. In particular, the informant reports that the case can also affect the central authorities.

NABU investigators intend to continue the investigation and identify new facts about the scale of corruption schemes in the Kyiv City Council. The records they have been published are only part of a greater investigation that can significantly change the political situation in the city.
