On March 15, the specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings based on the results of a journalistic investigation by Bihus.info concerning the former head of the utility company "Kyiv Metropoliten", Viktor Braginskyi. This was reported by the Council of Public Control of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
The details of the NABU investigation are not disclosed to ensure the normal course of the pre-trial investigation.

After the publication of a journalistic investigation into undeclared assets and suspicious metro tenders, Braginsky resigned on March 15. The dismissal was issued the next day by agreement of the parties. Since March 17, Viktor Vyhivskyi, chief engineer of the enterprise, has been performing the duties of the head of KP "Kyiv Metropoliten".
Braginsky headed "Kyiv Metropoliten" for almost ten years, since July 2014. He was personally appointed to the position by Vitaliy Klitschko. In addition, he was a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from Vitaliy Klitschko's UDAR party and was a member of the standing committee on budget, social and economic development and investment activities.
