NABU conducts searches of the deputy head of the KMDA Povoroznyk. What is known about the person involved

NABU detectives are conducting a search of Mykola Povoroznyk, the first deputy head of the KMDA, in the case of repairs at the "Kyiv City Clinical Hospital for War Veterans". According to the investigation, during the repair, materials were purchased at inflated prices. We are talking about the embezzlement of local budget funds in the amount of UAH 38,124,272.

According to our sources, the first deputy of Volodymyr Klitschko controls the entire budget of Kyiv, and is only formally subordinate to Klitschko. In fact, Mykola Povoroznyk oversees the shadowy streams of the capital in the interests of Bankova.

Mykola Povoroznyk managed to establish relations with the Office of the President through his long-time patron Vadym Stolar, who became a key figure for the Office in matters of regaining control over the capital.

According to our sources, it was not difficult for NABU detectives to find traces of corruption in the activities of Mykola Povoroznyk in the case of renovations at the "Kyiv City Clinical Hospital for War Veterans", since "not a single penny passes Povoroznyk. Mykola Povoroznyk demands 10 percent from each such repair."
