The head of the reserve officers and personnel department of the Lychakiv-Zaliznychny district combined CCC and SP in Lviv, Nataliya Hnatyuk, entered inaccurate data in the amount of 3.25 million hryvnias into the declaration .
Absolution Leaks writes about this.
The declaration did not contain information about an apartment with an area of 66.8 sq. m. in Lviv, which belongs to the declarant’s mother, Valentyna Georgievna Hnatiuk, since March 2023. However, Natalia used this apartment independently. She lived there for a long time and signed and paid utility bills. The documents of the energy supplier LLC “Lvivenergozbut” indicate the mother’s surname and initials, but the signature is similar to the signature of Natalia Hnatiuk herself, not her mother. The phone number indicated in the documents coincides with the number in Natalia’s personal account in the state register. The electricity meter readings in the apartment began to change since April 2023, which indicates that someone lives in this premises.
Also, through her father, in November 2023, Hnatiuk purchased a Haval H6 (2020) for 793 thousand hryvnias. The property was missing from the declaration. Surveillance cameras recorded the car in the areas of work and residence of Natalia Hnatiuk. Natalia spent money at gas stations throughout the year, moreover, in places where the car's movement was recorded.
There was also a problem with the Volkswagen Tiguan (2013). This car previously belonged to Natalia, but in 2022 she sold it to her father. However, in 2023 the car was regularly spotted near the Trade Center.
In October 2023, the father sold this car to Oksana Ivanivna Melnyk, the wife of a military enlistment office employee. The NACP suspects that the sale was formal, and in fact Natalia Hnatyuk continued to use the car.
The major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not indicate the debt to Hnatiuk Marina Anatoliivna in the amount of UAH 500 thousand. The payments do not correspond to the official dollar exchange rate, which is why the NACP believes that the debt was not fully repaid.
Natalia Hnatyuk's actions show signs of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (declaration of false information), which provides for liability in the form of a fine or restriction of liberty.
