Bohdan Krotevich, chief of staff of the 12th special brigade of the Azov National State University, filed a complaint with the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) against the Ukrainian general for committing "military crimes." He did not name the general.
"I wrote a letter to the SBI with a call to start an investigation against one military general, who, in my opinion, killed more Ukrainian soldiers than any Russian general," Krotevych said.
He noted that at first he tried to convey information about the general's actions to the higher authorities, but "most people don't care."
According to Krotevych, in Ukraine "battalion and brigade commanders are tried for the loss of an observation post, but the general is not tried for the loss of regions, dozens of cities and thousands of soldiers."
He also added that "the military now understands who I'm talking about, because 99 percent of the military hate him for what he does."
"This person initiates investigations against commanders who advance and do not lose ground, but he does not initiate official investigations against himself. I got it, the Rubicon has been crossed," the soldier wrote.
