The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced the arrest without bail of the heads of two territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCCs) — Boryspil and Buchansky, as well as their accomplice. This decision was made as part of the investigation into the case of illegal enrichment.
We will remind, on August 16, the SBU detained the heads of two TCCs in the Kyiv region and their accomplice. They are suspected of illegal enrichment for more than 1 million dollars.
According to the media, the heads of the TCC of the Buchansk and Boryspil districts were engaged in "business" with the uklonists. The first's name is Leonid Vykochko, and the second's name is Serhiy Rusyn.
During the searches, the SBU found more than 1.2 million dollars in the houses of bribe takers. They hid money underground and behind wall cladding. In addition, the defendants had a whole arsenal of weapons.
The investigators established that the persons involved offered their assistance to conscripts to avoid conscription on the basis of forged documents on unfitness for service due to health.
According to the case file, the cost of such "services" was $37,000 from one evader. This amount included the preparation of a complete "package" of documents, including fictitious medical certificates, as well as the "accompanying" of evaders during the VLK.
