On the night of July 21, Russian troops carried out a combined attack on Ivano-Frankivsk, which became the largest for the city since the beginning of a full-scale invasion. This was reported by Mayor Ruslan Martsinkov.
The attack took place in two stages-first hostile Kamikadze-type Shahamed type, and later-a rocket strike. As a result, several settlements of the Ivano-Frankivsk community were seriously damaged.
According to Martsinkov, infrastructure damage was recorded in three villages of the community. At least one of them is the victims among the civilians. Information on the other two settlements is currently being clarified.
In Ivano-Frankivsk, large-scale fires broke out as a result of blows. SES rescuers eliminated the ignition of a private two -storey building, and other residential buildings were seriously damaged.
The city has destroyed or damaged garages and cars in an open parking lot. The total area of ignition was about 220 square meters. m. In addition, production and storage facilities were burning on an area of 300 square meters. m. Numerous SES units worked on the elimination of the consequences.
