If Ukraine does not receive additional support from the West, there is a high chance of losing Kupyansk and Kharkiv, said Oleksandra Ustinova, a people's deputy from Holos, in a comment to Deutsche Welle.
“Because after Avdiivka there will be Kupyansk , and, unfortunately, the next one will be Kharkiv. Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine, with over a million people living in it. And we understand that if we lose Kupyansk, which is a major railway hub, we will also, unfortunately, have a very high chance of losing Kharkiv, and again, if there is no additional support, if there is no ammunition, this summer, unfortunately, we will have a huge problem,” she said.
In response to this, an analyst from the Information Resistance group, Oleksandr Kovalenko, wrote that statements addressed to Western partners in order to strengthen and accelerate assistance to Ukraine should be submitted “not through media outlets in Ukraine so that Ukrainians can hear it.”.
"And if you send such messages to our partners, for the sake of strengthening and accelerating assistance, then send them correctly, not through media outlets in Ukraine, so that Ukrainians hear it. Feel the measure and limits of what you are talking about, for what, to whom and for what.
In the future, we need a morally and psychologically healthy nation , not entire regions of neurasthenic people with a dead psyche due to constant stress.
"Control what you say, especially when your words have an impact on the masses, and not on those to whom these words should be directed," the analyst said.
