The event happened near the village of Chornoguz on April 20. A representative of the TCC was conducting an information event for the local population when several people attacked him, blocking his car and threatening him. Defending himself, the TCC employee used a weapon.
"The military serviceman, in accordance with the law, used a weapon to protect his life and health, firing shots into the ground, and no one was injured. The police was called to the scene, and we are waiting for the response of law enforcement agencies," the TCC said. They also reminded about the responsibility for obstructing the work of military personnel of the TCC and SP.
The entire incident is now being investigated, and a video of the conflict has also appeared. The video shows how an employee of the TCC is thrown to the ground and shots are heard. The participants of the conflict called several times to call the police.
