Tensions at the front: the occupiers continue their offensive in Avdiivka, the Armed Forces receive reinforcements

According to information received from our source in the General Staff, while deploying reserves near Avdiivka, it was not possible to break through the tactical encirclement, because the enemy is actively taking control of the road of life, which remains the main artery of supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The invaders continue their offensive in the city, seizing more and more territory.

According to the DeepState analytical group, the occupiers are expanding their positions in three directions of Avdiyivka. Changes to the map indicate an advance of Russian forces 900 meters to the south and 400 meters to the north of the city, which will almost lock them in the area of the industrial zone. It is also noted that the occupiers continue active actions in the Stepovoye area, but meet resistance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the city itself, they storm the private sector and successfully continue to move forward along Nezalezhnosti and Sapronova streets. The situation is also worsening in the area of the railway bridge, where the occupiers partially managed to advance towards the stele at the entrance and the bus depot.

"Unfortunately, due to strategic mistakes, we are forced to put out fires, risking human lives. Considering that the Russian forces have not yet used their main resources in this area, the question arises how to stop them", analysts note.

The occupying forces of Russia continue their attempts to capture Avdiivka in the Donetsk region. They systematically attack the positions of the Armed Forces in this direction and shell the city. Mass media reports that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent additional military units to this front.

Defense forces in the Avdiyivka area of Donetsk region received reinforcements. According to journalists, the leadership of the Ukrainian army deployed one of the best brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade - to this section of the front.

The publications note that last week the 3rd separate assault brigade was in reserve in the east of the country. Obviously, the danger threatening Avdiivka forced the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade to stop training and return to the front line.

The mass media also paid attention to the statement of the commander of the operational and strategic group of troops "Tavria", General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi. He announced the arrival of new effective forces to support the defense in Avdiivka.
