People's deputy Fedir Venislavsky claims that TCC employees are punished for violating human rights and property rights

In particular, Venislavskyi says that if there are signs of a criminal or administrative offense in the actions of TCC representatives, they will be registered and investigated by law enforcement agencies.

He also noted that there have already been many cases when, after investigations, TCC employees who violated human rights were sent to combat units.

At the same time, ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said that no one really punishes military commissars for exceeding their powers.

"I am informed that a disciplinary proceeding has been opened and an administrative fine has been imposed on someone. But I don't see real punishment even for the most shameful cases," Lubinets said.

According to him, the situation "does not want to lead to some real military punishment, because it can be interpreted in different ways."
