People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko called for the dissolution of territorial centers of completion (TCC) and to create instead civil recruitment centers. He stated this on his social networks, against the backdrop of regular scandals around the work of military enlistment offices.
Goncharenko drew attention to the systemic problem when qualified combat officers do not fight at the front, but occupy administrative positions in the Tax Code, performing bureaucratic work.
“There is a commander of a large brigade, an artilleryman with a great experience that could destroy the enemy on the front line. But he was set by the head of the regional shopping center. And this simply "buried" his experience " - the people's deputy is indignant.
According to the deputy, such practice not only waste combat potential, but also creates risks of corruption.
“He could become a hero of Ukraine, and he is now seduced by bribes and forced to engage in papers. If it does not stand - we will not get a combat officer, but another corrupt official, ”Goncharenko adds.
The need for reform
The People's Deputy calls for a complete reform of the mobilization system and the transition to civilian recruitment centers that would be engaged in the set without involving combat commanders in non -core work.
He also stressed that in the background of numerous scandals and social distrust of the CCC, reform is not just desirable, but necessary.
“In such a Soviet CCC system, we only discredit the Armed Forces. These structures destroy themselves - not the enemy, but they themselves, ”Goncharenko summed up.
