People's deputy Mykola Tyshchenko again did not come to the court session appointed to consider cases with his participation. According to sources, the deputies did not join the hearing even in the format of a video conference.
The injured ex-military Dmytro Mazokha expressed his indignation: "It's already funny to me to look at this. He appears in the Verkhovna Rada, and two weeks before that he was carted away. It's a shame that we are taking up time, that we are entering the media space on this issue, this is a representative of the people, and he should fulfill his duties like no one else .
It will be recalled that on December 23 Mykola Tyshchenko's preventive measure in the form of 24-hour house arrest expired. He was supposed to be re-elected, but Tishchenko twice ignored the court's request to attend the meeting.
He even had to be forcibly delivered. But the prosecutor explained that Tyshchenko himself promised to come, and therefore they did not force him. Later it became known that the deputy did not come because he had been in the hospital in Kyiv since the morning due to heart problems.
He joined the meeting online on January 6, but immediately asked for the judge's recusal. Because of this, the meeting was postponed to the 10th. Meanwhile, Tyshchenko appeared in the Verkhovna Rada.
Another person involved in the Tyshchenko case — ex-policeman Bohdan Pysarenko — has already had his preventive measure extended. A preliminary hearing is underway in court before the substantive hearing begins.
As a reminder, Mykola Tyshchenko is accused of unlawfully depriving a person of his liberty (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) due to a skirmish in the center of the Dnipro in June. Then a group of unknown men in uniform attacked the former fighter of the Kraken special unit Dmytro (call sign - Son), when he was walking with a child.
Telegram channels wrote that he was attacked by Tyshchenko's bodyguards. However, the deputy claims that it was the soldier who struck several blows at the investigator, who was working to search the fraudulent bot farm, and then tried to escape.
The police, reporting on the fight, wrote that unknown persons in camouflage clothing and balaclavas injured a 33-year-old man and detained him illegally. The police did not report anything about the attack on the investigator.
In the end, the SBI declared Tyshchenko a suspect . According to the investigation, the soldier was illegally detained precisely on his instructions. If Tyshchenko is found guilty, he may receive 5 years in prison.
The deputy's bodyguard, Kostyantyn Zubera, who, together with Tyschenko, is suspected of attacking a military man, has already made a deal with the investigation and has pledged to testify.
The mentioned investigator, who participated in the skirmish in Dnipro, turned out to be a policeman from Kyiv . An official investigation was launched against him, later the Kyiv police released him.
On December 23, 2024, Tyshchenko did not appear at the meeting of the Babushkin District Court of Dnipro in the case of the illegal deprivation of liberty of a former military man, where he is a suspect. The reason was a report of hospitalization due to coronary heart disease.
At that time, photos and videos of Tyshchenko from the hospital appeared on the network. The People's Deputy claimed that these materials were illegally made and distributed by law enforcement officers.
