The ex-wife of People's Deputy Vadym Stolar became the owner of 6 new companies in the UAE in 2022. The family also rented real estate in Dubai and Monaco, and also “scattered” money among a number of world banks. This is stated in the Bihus.Info story.
Vadym Stolar left Ukraine even before the start of the military conflict, according to journalists. Later, Mykhailo Tkach from the “UP” found the people’s deputy on the French Riviera, where Stolar rented an estate. However, the house was not found in the 2022 declaration, which the deputy recently submitted. But there is data on the rental of an apartment of almost 600 square meters in Monaco. On the website of the company from which the people’s deputy allegedly rented this apartment, there is housing with a similar area. They cost 130,000 euros per month.
This is not the only foreign housing in the document. It says that the family also rented a penthouse in the UAE, with an area of almost 500 square meters. They rented from the company Anita Rajan Sippy & Rajan Ram Sippy. Anita and Rajan Sippy are a couple of Bollywood actors who were once popular in India. In the 90s, they moved to Dubai. Now they are engaged in business: they host guests in their own Bollywood-style restaurant and, judging by Stolar's declaration, they rent out housing. Apartments of similar size in Dubai cost from 800,000 to 1 million dollars per year. And this is 60-80,000 dollars per month.
The business of the now ex-wife of the People's Deputy also seems to have moved to Dubai. Judging by the declaration, Inna Maystruk became the owner of as many as six new companies in the United Arab Emirates in 2022. Two of them have a name identical to the Ukrainian construction company - ENSO, affiliated with Stolar. ENSO INVESTMENT LLC and ENSO DEVELOPMENT LLC were registered in Dubai in May-June 2022.
There is a company profile on Linkedin called ENSO INVESTMENT. It states that ENSO relocated to the Emirates in May 2022 from Ukraine. It also states that it is a beneficiary of a group of companies that advises businessmen, develops real estate, IT technologies, and rents luxury cars. Under the name of the second company, ENSO DEVELOPMENT, there is a Dubai website with the same logo as the Ukrainian construction company.
Judging by the website and Linkedin of both Dubai ENSOs, the office of this holding is located in the luxurious skyscraper Boulevard Plaza 2. The price for renting a small office in this building starts at $300,000 per year.
Interestingly, the family's money has now also "moved," according to the declaration. The declaration states that in 2022, Stolar and his family kept more than three million dollars in a bank on the island of Dominica, more than two million euros in the Austrian Oberbank, and $700,000 in banks in Dubai. The declaration for the previous year did not mention global banks; Stolar and his family kept funds either in cash or in Ukrainian banks.
