The People's Deputy from the Servant of the People Vasyl Virastyuk was in the Unified Register of Debtors through Alimony. His ex -wife Inna sued, demanding to recover 80 thousand hryvnias from the deputy a month - 40 thousand hryvnias for each of the two sons.
The woman substantiated the amount of alimony with the need to provide appropriate conditions for children growing. According to her, the boys inherited from their father significant physical parameters, so they need more frequent updating of clothing and shoes.
Virastyuk himself explained in court that he could not pay the amount. He referred to a legislative ban on people's deputies to engage in entrepreneurial activity, and also informed that since 2017 he has the second group of disability, which limits his physical performance.
In view of the arguments submitted, the court partially satisfied the claim of a former wife, obliging Virastyuk to pay alimony in the amount of one -third of income for each child - a total of two -thirds of the total official profit of the deputy.
Despite the court's decision, because of the accumulated debt, Virastyuk got to the Unified Register of Debtors. According to a public database, as of the time of publication, the case has not yet been fully regulated.
