People's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak expressed doubts about the real intentions of the construction of the Chigyryn nuclear power plant (NPP), saying that the announced construction could only be a disguise for financial abuse. According to Zheleznyak, the process of launching the project requires significant technical and administrative procedures, which have not yet been completed.
People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak believes that they want to "write off money" on the announced construction of the Chigyryn NPP, and no one actually plans to build it.
He notes that in order to start construction, you need to have a technical justification, and then the approval of the Cabinet and the Council.
"With the last Galushchenko-Shurma-Kotin, we have already sent a demonstrative message. We must repeat it again," Zheleznyak writes.
He believes that no one actually plans to build a nuclear power plant.
"We need to write off the money somewhere, otherwise after raising tariffs we will have to pay them in the form of dividends. Something suggests that, in fact, no one is planning to build a nuclear power plant there yet, and money will be written off for "preparatory work" and so on," the deputy writes.
