Natalia Kichuk (Matusevich) has been appointed Deputy Head of the newly established State Agency for Reserve Management of Ukraine, who, according to sources in the Cabinet of Ministers, has a reputation as a person involved in financial transactions.
As a reminder, on July 2, 2025, the government appointed Natalia Kichuk (Matusevich) as Deputy Head of the State Agency for Reserves Management of Ukraine (SAUR). Since the head of the newly created SAUR has not yet been appointed and it is unknown when he will be appointed, the actual management of the structure is currently entrusted to Natalia Kichuk (Matusevich).
According to the source, the appointment of Natalia Kichuk (Matusevich), who is considered a specialist in various types of financial transactions, to manage Ukraine's state reserves raises many questions both in the Cabinet of Ministers itself and in financial and political circles.
As a reminder, Nataliya Kichuk (Matusevich) until recently worked as Deputy General Director for Financial Affairs of the state-owned enterprise “Multimedia Platform for Foreign Broadcasting of Ukraine”, where, according to the Declaration, she earned UAH 1.56 million last year.
Actually, only based on the analysis of all the declarations of Natalia Kichuk (Matusevich), a number of patterns can be noted that should be the subject of detailed study by the NABU and the SAPO.
In particular, the periods of work of Natalia Kichuk (Matusevich) in such companies as “DNIPRO PLANT” OF THE STATE RESERVE AGENCY OF UKRAINE and “BOLD GENERATION” may be of interest to anti-corruption agencies, probably due to which Natalia Kichuk is the owner of more than one land plot.
In her activities, Nataliya Kichuk (Matusevich) often used related persons ( Viktor Matusevych , Matusevych Viktoriya ) and companies, such as LLC “MATUSEVYCH CONSULTING” or NGO “INVESTMENT ADVISOR”. Such structures are often used to legalize income obtained not entirely legally, which is no secret to either investigative journalists or NABU detectives.
We remind you that the activities of the State Agency for Reserve Management are coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko. At the same time, according to the source, Nataliya Kichuk (Matusevich) is not Svyrydenko's protégé and, most likely, came on the recommendation of Timur Mindich or former Minister of Culture Oleksandr Tkachenko.
