This letter caused a lot of conjectures and conjectures: whether it is a hint of "Belarus", or it is part of the symbolism of PVC "Wagner", or maybe just a sign for internal use.
Uncertainty and anxiety among the population are growing against the background of the statements of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, which warned Minsk about the inadmissibility of provocations or acts of aggression. However, Kovalenko emphasizes that such statements are the ministry's usual practice in similar situations. Kovalenko draws attention to an important aspect: currently there are no signs of the formation of a strike group on the territory of Belarus that could threaten Ukraine. According to him, about 3,000 Belarusian soldiers, consisting of five battalions and three divisions up to a company, are stationed on the 1,084-kilometer border line between the two countries. This is not enough to start any serious military operation, not to mention an attack on Kyiv.
