NAZK checks Andriy Zadorozhny's compliance with anti-corruption legislation due to a conflict with a kindergarten

According to media reports, Andriy Zadorozhny expressed dissatisfaction with the activities of the kindergarten, which borders his private house. According to eyewitnesses, the politician complained about the noise and activity of the establishment, which, according to him, respects him and his family. This caused a public outcry, after the kindergarten serves the residents of the surrounding area and the classroom is a social object.

This was the response given by the agency to the request of " ZiB ".

In the letter, it is noted that the NAKC has already started "monitoring and control over the implementation of legislative acts on the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest in the activities of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Andrii Viktorovych Zadorozhny regarding the circumstances described in your appeal."

Earlier, Serhiy Kryvoshlykov, , told the editors' request that the people's deputy, who does not like the fact that mothers pick up their children in cars in winter, instead of walking in the cold, demanded an inspection of the institution's activities using his mandate.

The essence of the conflict that arose between the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, National Minorities, and Interethnic Relations between A. Zadorozhny and the kindergarten is that the latter is located next to a luxurious estate in Podol on St. Honcharniy, where the people's deputy lives. The specificity of the kindergarten is that it implements child development programs from the youngest age. And, of course, mothers bring their children to the institution in cars.

However, according to the people's deputy, this is unacceptable. And in order to stop the "incongruity", which consists in the use of the common street by ordinary mothers, he sent the deputies appeals with the demand to conduct an inspection of the kindergarten.

"ZiB" appealed to the NAKC with a request to check the presence in the actions of A. Zadorozhny of an administrative offense provided for in Article 172 7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, as well as signs of a crime provided for in Article 364 of the Criminal Code ("Abuse of power or official position"), to accept appropriate decisions and refer materials for consideration by competence.

In addition, in a separate letter, the editors asked the NAZK to inform whether A. Zadorozhny's estate in Kyiv at 8 Goncharnaya Street, where he actually lives, has been included in the annual declarations since his election as a People's Deputy.
