NAPC suspects the Secretary of the Obukhov City Council of illegal enrichment of 45 million

The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has found large -scale violations in the declaration of the Secretary of the Obukhov City Council Larisa Ilyenko. According to the results of the audit, it was found that the official could indicate false information for more than UAH 32 million. In addition, she is suspected of illegal enrichment for almost 13 million.

Currently, criminal proceedings under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-it is a declaration of deliberately false information. The total amount of discrepancies in the Declaration of Larisa Ilyenko exceeds UAH 45 million.

Despite the fact that such cases are under the competence of NABU, the National Police are currently being investigated. The sanction of the article provides for restriction or imprisonment for up to two years, as well as a ban on holding public office.

To date, Ilyenko continues to hold the position of secretary of the City Council. At the same time, law enforcement sources do not exclude that after the pre -trial investigation, the case can be transferred to NABU, and the official itself is removed.
