Andriy Rozov, Director of the Department of Economic Development of the Odessa City Council, may be awarded to the court for serious violations in the declaration for 2022. According to the National Anti -Corruption Agency (NACC), the official did not declare the property worth more than UAH 6.2 million.
According to the audit, the Rosov did not specify in the declaration an apartment in Odessa with an area of 127.3 square meters. m, which it uses, although according to the documents it belongs to his test. The cost of this housing is estimated at least 5.7 million hryvnias. The official himself stated that he "forgot" about this object, although he was not in previous declarations.
Even more violations were found in the real estate owned by the wife of the Rozov. In particular, it has two garages, apartments of 55.5 square meters. m and 244 square meters. m (total cost - over UAH 2.4 million), as well as a land plot of 817 square meters. m worth 727 thousand hryvnias. Rosov explained the absence of these objects by the fact that his wife did not inform him of the inheritance received in 2014.
In addition, the Declaration recorded the low cost of the Skoda Superb car (2019), which the Rosov purchased in 2020. He indicated that the car cost 800 thousand hryvnias, although the real value was about 1.3 million.
In the amount of NAPCs, it recorded discrepancies for over UAH 6.2 million. The agency sees the officials of the official's signs of deliberate declaration of false information.
