The National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) has completed a full review of the Declaration of the Member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Bureau of Economic Security (Bab) Stanislav Bondarenko. Inaccurate information has been found for UAH 7.76 million, which may have signs of a criminal offense.
Bondarenko did not declare an apartment in Kiev with an area of 125.4 square meters. m in which it is registered and resides.
- The owner of real estate is Larisa Gritsenko, to have his daughter Sophia.
- The apartment was purchased in 2004 under three contracts.
- Estimation of real estate cost on December 31, 20122-7.76-8.94 million UAH.
- Bondarenko himself explained that he lives in the apartment with the permission of the owner without a lease.
The official made a Swiss watch into the declaration:
- Maurice Lacroix (cost - UAH 295 thousand, purchased in 2005 for $ 7375).
- Zenith (cost - UAH 315 thousand, purchased in 2008 for $ 7875).
- Bondarenko transferred the price at the rate of 2022 (37-40 UAH/$), but did not provide documents for confirmation of cost.
- NAPC could not check the real cost of the clock.
According to the results of the inspection, the NACC sees in the actions of Bondarenko the signs of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Declaration of false information").
The official is threatened with criminal liability if the case file is transferred to law enforcement agencies and the court pleads guilty.
