The National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) has found a violation of more than UAH 1.2 million in the declaration of the chief specialist of the Belotserkivsky Territorial Center for the Acquisition and Social Support of Dmitry Nekrash. About it reports version 368.Media with reference to the report of the audit of the official of the official for 2023.
According to the NAPC, Nerash, who worked in the resource and staff department in the village of Volodarka in the Kyiv region, filed a declaration with numerous false information.
In particular, the document incorrectly listed the passport data of Nekrash himself, his wife Angelina and the daughter of Polina. These data do not allow identification outside Ukraine, which is a violation.
The official also did not declare a residential building of 100 m², which he uses, although officially he belongs to another person - Ivanka E.Yu. Also, no ownership of the land plot of 3.8 hectares in the Kirovograd region, owned by the declarant himself, was not specified. All these violations are pulled in the amount of 132 thousand UAH.
In the section on the transport of Necrasha "forgot" to mention the 1996 Ford Transit car, which belongs to his wife. In addition, he declared the purchase of Kia K5 (2013) for only 3 thousand UAH, although its market value is about 400 thousand UAH. The sources of origin of funds for this purchase could not be installed.
The greatest resonance was caused by the purchase of the Porsche Cayenne car in 2011 - according to the declaration, it paid only $ 7.3 thousand (about 300 thousand UAH), although the average market value of such car exceeds $ 21 thousand. The operation was carried out on November 13, 2024.
Despite the considerable amount of false information, the NACC qualified the actions of the Necrash as an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses-presentation of false information in the declaration. There are no signs of a criminal offense in the report.
