Investigators were detained in Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The attacker was informed of the suspicion and the issue of choosing a measure of restraint is resolved. We will add that the driver exceeded the "safe" dose of alcohol, which is 0.2 ppm, almost 7 times.
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to three years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of three to five years.
