New personnel changes are being prepared at the State Tax Service: Karnaukh may be transferred to another position

The State Tax Service of Ukraine has officially announced the appointment of Teodosia Chernetska to the position of Deputy Head of the State Tax Service. Against this background, new personnel changes are expected in the management of the service: according to sources, the acting head Lesya Karnaukh may be transferred to another position, not lower in status.

The official page of the State Tax Service on social networks confirmed the information that Teodozia Chernetska had joined the management as deputy head of the service. The corresponding message appeared on Facebook, which effectively consolidated the decision, which was previously reported by a number of public sources.

In parallel, talks about possible personnel changes at the highest level have intensified in the tax sphere. According to our insiders, Lesya Karnaukh's tenure as acting head of the State Tax Service may end in the near future - but we are not talking about a demotion. On the contrary, sources indicate that she is preparing to move to another unit of state power to a higher and more influential position.

Karnaukh has been serving as acting head of the State Tax Service since the beginning of autumn. Her work in the department is associated with streamlining internal processes, strengthening control over risky operations, and optimizing certain areas of administration.

The appointment of Teodosia Chernetska effectively strengthens the vertical management of the State Tax Service at a time when the service is undergoing a large-scale renovation. She previously held senior positions in tax authorities and is considered an expert in complex organizational processes.

According to experts, the synchronous personnel decisions indicate preparations for a broader reform of the State Tax Service, covering both the management structure and the approach to tax control and administration. The focus is on the need to strengthen the service's institutional capacity in times of war and under conditions of limited resources.
