From January 1, 2024, there have been changes in the cost of issuing certain documents in Ukraine, namely ID cards, residence permits, and stateless person certificates. This was reported by representatives of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is noted that the changes in cost are related to the decision of the “Ukraine Printing Plant” to change the price of forms for certain biometric documents.
Now the cost of issuing a citizen's passport in the form of an ID card for 20 working days is 504 UAH, and for 10 working days - 874 UAH.
Six months after the termination or lifting of martial law in Ukraine, the cost will increase to UAH 626.
It is important to note that for the first time, issuing a passport for a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card is now free of charge.
New tariffs have also been established for other documents: the cost of issuing a permanent residence permit for 15 working days is UAH 1,151, for temporary residence – UAH 1,396, and for a stateless person's certificate for traveling abroad – UAH 6,867.
