New function in Action e-Entrepreneur: business registration, taxes and banking services online

In Ukraine, new services have appeared on the Diya portal, as part of beta testing of the e-Entrepreneur service, which greatly simplify the process of doing business. Now entrepreneurs can solve important issues quickly and without unnecessary trips to state institutions: from paying taxes to registering cash registers.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine reports that with the help of e-Entrepreneur who works on the Diya portal, businessmen can get several important services in 20 minutes without leaving their home or office. Previously, for this, it was necessary to spend weeks collecting permits and visiting various government authorities. With new features, the process of starting a business has become much faster and more convenient.

Here are some of the main novelties:

  1. A single account for tax payments : now FOPs can pay taxes through a single account, avoid overpayments and errors in details. This allows you to quickly and conveniently fulfill obligations to the state.
  2. Registration of employees without visits to the tax office : With new functions, entrepreneurs can issue employment contracts and register new employees through the Diya portal. To do this, it is enough to fill out the application and certify it with a qualified electronic signature.
  3. Registration of cash registers (PRO and PRRO) : Previously, it was necessary to go to the tax inspectorate to register a PRO. Now you can do it in a few clicks in the Action app.
  4. Opening a bank account through Diya : FPOs can open bank accounts in partner banks directly through the portal, which greatly facilitates this process.
  5. Submission of form 20-OPP : Now entrepreneurs can submit notifications about objects of taxation in electronic form without the need to visit the tax inspectorate.

These innovations make doing business in Ukraine more convenient, faster and less time-consuming. Now entrepreneurs can focus on the development of their business without wasting time on bureaucratic procedures.
