The new head of the State Tax Service in Sumy Oblast Natalia Kiyashko, known as the assistant to the traitor of the People's Deputy Balytsky, was in the center of the scandal because of problems with the declaration of property and income.
As the detective bureau found out, Kiyashko went abroad in 2022, including to the United States, without declaring her place of residence and sources of trips. In addition, her son Harry is a US citizen and left Ukraine illegally during martial law in 2022.
According to investigators, the guy is studying at a private college in the United States, but the mother's declaration has no data on financing his training.
In addition to not mentioned in the US Declaration to the US, Kiyashko's documents do not have real estate information:
- The estate in the village of Khotyanivka (Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region).
- A rented apartment in Sumy in 2023.
There are also suspicions of using an elite car that is not specified in the declaration. During 2021, Kiyashko used Mercedes ML (D/N AA1138), which regularly parking near the administrative premises of the DPS. The guards and staff of the service can witness this.
Sources report that after appointment to the post of Kiyashko, together with the new deputy Mazurenko and a secret millionaire, a disabled person, "tariffs for compensation" for enterprises of the region were installed.
In particular, businesses are forced to give 15% of the "rollback" for the return of the tax credit:
- PJSC “Sumy Production Plant” - 15%
- MNT Agro LLC is 15%
- LLC "Yubigroup" - 15%
This scheme gives grounds for anti -corruption investigations and possible criminal liability of officials.
Currently, information on financial fraud and illegal enrichment is not verified by law enforcement officers, but after publicity and the emergence of the evidence, relevant inspections and criminal investigations are possible.
In a situation with the new management of the Sumy Tax Service, the issue of transparency of personnel appointments and the need for strict control over financial flows in government agencies again arises.
