From now on, military personnel and police officers performing combat missions on the front lines will receive a one-time reward for every 30 days of active duty. According to the amendments to the resolution "Issues of certain payments to military personnel, rank and file officers, police officers and their families during martial law", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, this reward will amount to 70,000 hryvnias.
"For servicemen who perform combat (special) tasks during combat (special) operations on the line of combat contact with the enemy at a distance from the performance of combat (special) tasks by a military unit (unit, in particular combined) of the first echelon of defense or offensive (counteroffensive, counterattack) up to and including the company base point, as well as on the enemy's territory (including on the territory between the positions of the enemy's troops and their own troops in the areas of military (combat) operations, on the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation), every 30 days (calculated in total) performing such tasks, a one-time reward in the amount of 70,000 hryvnias is paid," the changes say.
This means that front-line soldiers will be paid a salary of 20,000-25,000 hryvnias, as well as an additional 100,000 hryvnias for combat operations, plus 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days at the front.
