New mechanisms will soon appear in the "Reserve+" application, which will greatly facilitate the life of conscripts in Ukraine. Oleg Berestovy, the head of the information technology department of the Ministry of Defense, told about this on the air of a nationwide telethon. In particular, among the innovations will be a function that will allow automatic registration in the Territorial Centers of Manpower and Social Support (TCC) in the event of a change in the place of registration of a conscript.
Berestovy emphasized the importance of this function, noting that quite a lot of time could have passed since the last data update, and circumstances in the conscript's life could have changed. Therefore, automatic accounting in the TCC after a change in registration will become a key tool that will allow for prompt updating of information and ensure that the data in the system matches the current circumstances.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense is working on another important feature that will allow automatic application for deferment from service. This can be especially useful for parents with many children and full-time students who are getting their first higher education. Such a function will provide an opportunity to reduce bureaucratic procedures and provide faster access to the relevant benefits.
Another innovation will be digital recruiting. The Ministry of Defense plans to give conscripts the opportunity to choose desired positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This function will allow interviews and selection in the team where the user wants to serve. Thus, "Reserve+" becomes not only a tool for accounting, but also a platform for a more flexible and personalized approach to military service.
