In Khmelnitsky, queues are growing to the city territorial assembly center: men are massively submitted for deferral or the VLK. About a hundred people stood under the building in the morning, and more of them were even more.
On May 19, dozens of men gathered in Khmelnitsky in the morning in Khmelnitsky. According to public journalists, most came to apply for a deferral from mobilization or to undergo a military medical commission.
According to the resident of Oleg Miracle, he arrived at 6:30 in the morning to make a queue, but was still not among the first:
“I was twelfth, but then got off the account. There are people who recorded on May 8. "
Oleg has documents confirming the right to a deferral: he cares for his mother with disabilities, and his brother is already mobilized.
Another visitor to the shopping center - Valery Glushenkov - submitted documents through a child with a disability, but could not get into the center itself.
“I enrolled on May 15, but I have not passed yet. The queue reaches from the 8th, and there were already 400 people that day, ”he says.
As the spokeswoman of the regional shopping center explained, Major Angelina Olifeuk, the queues are related to the need to prolong the delay in connection with the continuation of general mobilization. She advised the military to use an electronic queue to avoid clusters.
Half people in the queue are those who pass the VLK. In particular, it must be done by those who were recognized as limited by May 4, 2024. By June 5, they need to undergo a re-commission in accordance with the final provisions of Law No. 3621-IX.
If they do not have time, they are fined.
Lawyer Pavel Slobodyanyuk explained:
"After June 5, a protocol in the" Oberig "system will be automatically formed, and then a fine of 1 to 1.5 thousand non -taxable minimum incomes of citizens will be fined."
This rule applies to all conscripts aged 25 to 60 years. That is why the queues for the shopping center in the next weeks are likely to grow.
