A new service has appeared in the popular Kyiv Digital application that will greatly facilitate the lives of public transport passengers. From now on, all communal buses, trams and trolleybuses of the capital have a function of virtual validation. This innovation is aimed at making transport more convenient and modern.
The deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration on the exercise of self -governing powers in the field of digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (CDTO) told this.
“Now everything you need to pay for the fare is always at hand in your smartphone. Use a new service and share your impressions. Feedback is important to us, ”Olenich said.
To take advantage of the new service, it is necessary:
- Open the Mobile Application “Kyiv Digital”,
- Select “Payment Payment” service,
- Scan the QR code placed in the transport cabin, or enter it by hand, selecting the appropriate type of transport.
You can then pay for a convenient way: a transport card, a QR-ticket or a bank card. The application will automatically appear on the trip used that can be presented to the controller.
For the convenience of marking the payment with validation immediately in the application is different from other icons in the film "Kiev digital".
We will remind, the Council of Defense of Kiev at the next meeting will consider a number of issues. One of them will relate to the algorithm of traffic of land public transport during air alarm.
