Vinnytsia Territorial Center of Acquisition (TCC) has announced important explanations for persons with a "limited" category in military accounting. If the person has not been re -examined by February 5, 2025, it will not be wanted, which has become a clear explanation from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to representatives of the Tax Code, if a person with such status does not pass the necessary inspection within the specified period, his electronic military accounting document in the reserve+ system will remain unchanged. However, if the shopping center sends a summons to the passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK), and the person will not fulfill the conditions of this summons, then the reserve+ will be recorded the status "in the wanted".
This is important information for those who have a "limited" status because it affects further actions and possible sanctions. According to the Rules, the summons can be handed personally or sent by mail at the registration or residence of the military.
Despite this, many men learn about the summary too late, which leads to misunderstandings and unpleasant consequences. Minister Irina Vereshchuk noted that limited suitable can be delayed for the passage of VLK, but until now official information has not been provided in this regard.
It remains uncertain whether the situation will change after February 5, and whether additional deferrals or other opportunities for persons who cannot currently undergo VLK will be provided.
