An assessment of British intelligence: the construction of defensive positions in Ukraine and its impact on the frontline situation

In Ukraine, the construction of defense structures has been significantly accelerated, which is aimed at strengthening the front line in several directions. According to British military intelligence, the new fortifications include anti-tank dragon's teeth, infantry trenches, minefields and fortified defensive positions.

The expansion of the defensive lines, according to British intelligence, aims to reduce the ability of the Russian occupying army to conduct an offensive. It would also make it difficult for the enemy to exploit tactical advances within their sustained offensive operation.

British intelligence analysis points to the grueling nature of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The strengthening of the fortifications indicates that any attempt by the Russian invaders to break through the front line will be accompanied by significant losses.
