The owner of the company "Yuzhny Put" (also known as Autorider) from Odessa, Volodymyr Filippov, is involved in a criminal case of fraud related to the sale of imported cars from the United States. Today, he is hiding in Moldova, where he has already registered a new company - IRON MOTORS.
According to the investigation, Filippov illegally seized client funds in the amount of over 9 thousand dollars and 132.5 thousand hryvnias. Case No. 12024162480001307 is being investigated under Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - fraud.
Meanwhile, dozens of defrauded clients filed lawsuits against his Ukrainian company. The court decisions, in particular, were made by the Kyiv District Court of Odessa and the Zinkivskyi Court of Poltava Region. In both cases, the issue was non-fulfillment of the terms of the contracts - the company took money for the selection and delivery of cars from the USA, but did not fulfill any obligations. The courts ordered "Southern Path" to compensate for the funds and expenses for legal assistance.
However, instead of complying with the court decisions, Filippov registered a new company in Moldova in April 2025 — Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată IRON MOTORS. Interestingly, he also has a company of the same name in Ukraine.
Amid growing complaints about Yuzhny Put, the owner's behavior is raising more and more questions. Lawyers warn that Filippov's new firm in Moldova could be used for similar schemes abroad.
The investigation is ongoing, but for now the entrepreneur himself remains inaccessible to Ukrainian justice.
