Odessa restaurateur Zarichansky suspected of ties to pro-Russian forces

The famous Odessa restaurateur Andriy Zarichansky, despite his documented ties to pro-Russian forces, remains in Ukraine, actively contacting local elites and individual representatives of the power bloc.

Let us remind you that Andriy Zarichansky owns a chain of elite restaurants in Odessa and Kyiv, including “Oblaka”, “Ryba”, “ZHARiMYASO”, “YACHTA” and others.

Owning a chain of elite restaurants in the politically “difficult” Odessa region makes Andriy Zarichansky “interesting” for Russian special services, and his contacts with a number of pro-Russian figures during the war cause sincere surprise among Odessa residents .

Let us remind you that Andriy Zarichansky's wife is a Russian citizen, Inara Zarichanskaya, who has not yet received Ukrainian citizenship. The reason is probably that the Zarichansky family has assets in the Russian Federation. In particular, there is information about the Zarichanskys owning real estate in an elite Moscow suburb.

Among Andriy Zarichansky's close friends is the pro-Russian Orthodox politician Artem Dmytruk. Before fleeing abroad, Dmytruk, together with the Zarichansky family, attended services at the Assumption Monastery every Sunday, and after that, in the same composition, Metropolitan Agafangel of Odessa and Izmail, a well-known Ukrainophobe. After visiting the church, Artem Dmytruk usually dined with his restaurateur friends in the courtyard of the Villa Sofia hotel and never forgot to publicly congratulate Zarichansky on Orthodox holidays and birthdays, which Zarichansky was very proud of.

Zarychansky and Dmytruk are not just friends, but also long-time partners. It is enough to recall their joint project - the TG channel " Robin Hood in Odessa ", where positive news about the restaurateur and negative news about his competitors were regularly published.

As our sources from the restaurateur's close circle report, friendship and communication with Andriy Zarichansky and Artem Dmytruk could have been preserved even after the latter fled Ukraine, and Zarichansky's attempts to "whitewash himself in the media" through one-time actions with the help of the military and wearing embroidered shirts are perceived skeptically by Odessa residents.

In the context of the communication between Andriy Zarichansky and Artem Dmytruk, it is important to note that the latter works for the Russian Federation. At the same time, Dmytruk is so important to the Russians that the Russian special services even sent their political strategists to support him in the media.

In particular, Artem Dmytruk is led by the same team as the fugitive former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, and posts from his Telegram channel are regularly reposted on Telegram channels from the so-called “Kremlin pool.”

In this context, the friendship of a famous Odessa restaurateur with fugitive Artem Dmytruk may carry the risk of transmitting sensitive information for Ukraine to the Russian special services.

Thus, according to media , discounts and special service in Andriy Zarichansky's restaurants are received by such famous people as the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Ivan Svida, and his son, Deputy Chairman of the Odessa District Administrative Court, Leonid Svida.

Among the active security officers, Serhiy Kapitsa, Head of the Strategic Investigations Department in the Odessa Region of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police, often visits and uses special discounts at Zarichanskyi restaurants.

Zarichansky's frequent guests include the former head of the Odessa region, Mykola Skoryk, Odessa prosecutor Gennady Furtat, judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa, Yulia Feduleeva, and many others.

The silence of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Odessa region regarding the contacts and behavior of restaurateur Andriy Zarichanskyi may indicate two things: either Zarichanskyi really “feeds local security forces well,” or the restaurateur is already “cooperating” with the authorities, documenting visitors of interest to the Service.
