The owner of the South Path (also known as Autorider) from Odessa Vladimir Filippov is in criminal case about fraud related to the sale of imported cars from the United States. Today he is hiding in Moldova, where he has already registered a new company - Iron Motors.
According to the investigation, the Filippov illegally seized the client in the amount of more than $ 9,000 and UAH 132.5 thousand. The case # 12024162480001307 is investigated under Part 3 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - fraud.
Meanwhile, dozens of deceived clients have filed lawsuits against his Ukrainian firm. The court decisions, in particular, were adopted by the Kyiv District Court of Odessa and the Zinkiv Court of Poltava region. In both cases, it was not possible to comply with the terms of the contracts - the firm took money for the selection and delivery of cars from the United States, but did not fulfill any obligations. The courts obliged the South Path to compensate for the funds and expenses for legal aid.
However, instead of the execution of court decisions of Filippov in April 2025, he registered a new company - Societtea Cu R droppedDere limitatata iron Motors - already in Moldova. It is interesting that in Ukraine it also has the same company.
Against the backdrop of the growing number of complaints about the "southern way", the behavior of its owner raises more questions. Lawyers warn that the new Filippova firm in Moldova can be used for similar schemes abroad.
The investigation is ongoing, but so far the entrepreneur remains unattainable for Ukrainian justice.
