Ohmatdit National Children's Specialized Hospital has chosen a contractor for a major overhaul of the corps, which suffered from a rocket attack in July 2024. As a result of the tender, the victory was won by Riola-Modul LTD with a offer of 293 million hryvnias.
According to "Our Money" with reference to the system "Prozorro", the expected cost of purchase was UAH 367.45 million. The bidding was conducted in the format of simplified procurement - the announcement appeared on May 5 at 21:12, and for the preparation of documents the participants had 9 working days.
Companies with experience in complex work at social infrastructure and annual turnover were allowed to participate.
Three companies competed in the tender:

Riola-Modul LTD LLC (UAH 293 million) is a company from Vyshgorod, which since 2016 received state contracts for UAH 5.88 billion, mostly from the Ministry of Health.

UVBA LLC Center - has contracts for UAH 739.45 million, including from the KSCA.

The PBF consortium is a newly created association of companies, one of which has 341 million in a row, the other has no one.
Earlier, in the winter of 2024, the hospital building was temporarily preserved: 7.5 million UAH was spent on the overlap of the damaged windows.
This is the second attempt to hold a tender for overhaul. The previous one from the Ohmatdit Charitable Foundation caused a scandal - then the company from Zaporozhye with a suspiciously inflated price of UAH 307 million won. The new purchase was announced after a year of preparation, with a significantly extended list of work. This time, the lowest offer was even more profitable than in the previous tender.
The contract is currently expected and the active phase of resumption of the key child medicine of the country is expected.
