Children's hospital "Okhmatdyt" plans to allocate 14 million hryvnias for engineering consulting services and technical supervision for the repair of the building damaged during rocket fire on the street. V. Chornovola, 28/1. According to the message of "Our Money", these services will be provided by "Vasenov Engineering" LLC and "Ik-Project" LLC.
"Vasenov Engineering", founded in Kyiv in April 2023 and owned by Oleg Vasenov, will receive 9.35 million hryvnias for engineering consulting services. The company has already worked with "Okhmatdyt" before, in particular, it conducted a technical inspection of the damaged building and drew up a defective report, which became the basis for estimating the scope of work. The deed indicated the replacement of the entire facade, although not all decorative panels were damaged.
"Ik-Proekt" LLC, managed by Olga Kryzhna and Lyudmila Parkhomenko, will provide technical supervision of the works. The company also cooperates with Israeli companies as part of a consortium that oversees the overhaul of the overpass in the Kyiv region. The cost of their services will be 5.22 million hryvnias.
These tenders became relevant after the scandal surrounding the previous competition of the "Okhmatdit" charitable foundation. The fund planned to enter into an agreement for repair work with the company "Bud-Technology" for 307 million hryvnias, which significantly exceeded the offer of another company "Riola-modul", which had already partially restored the damaged operating rooms. After the scandal, the competition was canceled, and the money of benefactors was transferred to the state budget, which led to the announcement of a new tender in the Prozorro system.
This situation has raised questions about the efficiency and transparency of the process of selecting contractors and consulting services for government agencies, which causes public concern.
