The occupiers are approaching the Dnipropetrovsk region and can already shell the region with anti-aircraft missiles

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, reported on his Telegram channel that the distance between the front line and the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region has significantly decreased. According to confirmed data from the Deep State resource, the distance from the temporarily occupied Solone village of the Donetsk region to the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region has decreased to less than 7 km.

Occupiers can attack with aerial bombs and artillery

Now Russian troops have the ability to strike border communities with guided aerial bombs (UABs) and artillery. Mykola Lukashuk emphasized the increased danger for the following settlements:

  • Velikomykhailivska,
  • Malomikhailivska,
  • Novopavlivska,
  • Mezhivska,
  • Pokrovska,
  • Petropavlovsk,
  • Vasylkivska.

These communities are in the zone of potential shelling, which can seriously affect the safety of the civilian population. Lukashuk noted that the danger extends not only to the eastern part of the Synelniky district, but also to the neighboring territories of the Pavlograd district, in particular the border with the Pokrovsky direction.

Warning for local residents

The leader of the regional council called on the residents of the communities in the zone of increased danger to take air warning signals seriously and to follow all safety recommendations. These measures are necessary in order to minimize possible casualties and destruction associated with artillery fire and airstrikes.

Prospects for further development of the situation

As noted by BILD analyst Julian Röpke, Russian troops have only 7 km left to the Dnipropetrovsk region, and the war may soon cover this territory. Military expert Oleg Zhdanov also indicated that now the main task for the enemy is the capture of Pokrovsk, which could become a key moment in the development of hostilities south of the front.

What is important now is not only the readiness of local authorities, but also the responsibility of every resident of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to the situation in order to preserve life and health under the threat of an attack.
