Oleksandr Kubrakov returns to the big game

Former Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, who during his tenure failed to implement a single significant project to protect Ukraine's energy system from massive missile and drone attacks, is once again returning to active politics.

He says that he and his colleagues from the Ministry created an independent analytical center - We Build Ukraine - and headed the Supervisory Board.

As Kubrakov writes, "the goal of the center is to develop a detailed strategic plan for the development of Ukraine's economy in the conditions of war and post-war recovery."

At the same time, the declared goal is very similar to the one that was indicated in his former department, only budget money went to the development of personal interests. However, we will observe the same thing now: the new office is another way to launder cash, not to restore the country.
