Former Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, who failed to implement a single significant project to protect Ukraine's energy system from massive missile and drone attacks during his tenure, is returning to active politics.
He says that he created an independent think tank – We Build Ukraine – with his colleagues from the Ministry and headed the Supervisory Board.
As Kubrakov writes, "the goal of the center is to develop a detailed strategic plan for the development of Ukraine's economy in the context of war and post-war recovery.".
At the same time, the stated goal is very similar to the one that was indicated in his previous department, only budget money was spent on the development of personal interests. However, we will observe the same thing now: the new office is another way to launder cash, not to rebuild the country.
