The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, held a working meeting at which the issue of improving the training of Ukrainian servicemen was discussed. As Sirsky himself reported in his post on Facebook, the key focus of the meeting was the importance of quality training at all stages to save the lives of fighters.
"The life of our soldiers is priceless, and the most important prerequisite for its preservation is high-quality training at all stages," the commander-in-chief emphasized.
Involvement of management staff
The meeting was attended by representatives of the leadership of the Armed Forces, training centers and combat brigades, who provided reports on the current state of the training system, the staffing of instructors, as well as the provision of the necessary weapons and equipment.
Pilot project and program update
Special attention was paid to the pilot project, which is already being implemented in military training centers. It provides for an increase in the duration of basic general military training (BZVP) from 1 to 1.5 months. The updated program was developed taking into account the current needs and challenges faced by the Ukrainian military at the front.
These measures are aimed at increasing the combat readiness and efficiency of the military, which is critically important in the conditions of the continuation of the war.
