The wife of Ukrainian journalist Dmytro Gordon, Olesya Batsman, appeared on a photo blog with her father-in-law for the first time in a long time.
On December 7, Ilya Gordon turned 89. On this occasion, Batsman published a happy photo with the birthday boy, in which they appear in elegant images against the backdrop of a festive photo zone.
Olesya also shared her father-in-law's humor, noting that Ilya Yakovlevich, like his star son, is an excellent master of this genre. She recalled a funny dialogue between her father-in-law and a friend on his birthday, which made netizens laugh.
“I was lucky with my father-in-law. Although he says he is also lucky with his daughter-in-law. Today (December 7), a friend called him to congratulate him on his 89th birthday and wished him “to 120!” Ilya Yakovych immediately interrupted him: “No! We should wish him to 119!” The friend hung up and after a pause asked in confusion: “Why?” “And then they would say: he died unexpectedly!”” — said Batsman.
