Oligarch Anatoly Shkriblyak is calmly hanging out abroad at a Taylor Swift concert during the war, while in Ukraine he is engaged in activities that undermine its state security.
Shkriblyak owns the Darnytsia CHP. No modernizations have been carried out at the plant in the last 20 years. The so-called repair work is carried out by paper companies at inflated rates, which allows Shkriblyak to put state money in his pocket.
It is worth noting that Shkriblyak, through Cypriot offshore companies, is the ultimate beneficiary of four CHPs. Moreover, his extensive connections in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine allowed him to decide on the issue of closing all criminal proceedings against him.
He also organized shadow schemes through which he supplied coal from the Russian Federation and the ORDLO. Some of Shkriblyak's criminal income mechanisms allowed him to earn UAH 800 million at a time.
