Podilskyi district, according to sources, will be headed by Volodymyr Nakonechnyi, a lecturer, associate professor of the Department of International Relations at the Poplavsky University of Culture.
In addition to his teaching activities, Nakonechny is an active political strategist and has conducted several successful election campaigns for Mykhailo Poplavsky and several other politicians.
Volodymyr Nakonechny, with a "clean biography", does not belong to any of the capital's influence groups. His task in office is to transform Podol into the "cultural Mecca" of the capital and attract investment in the development of the district through connections in EU diplomatic circles.

According to sources, the Desnyansky district
Bakhmatov is known for being a resident of Comedy Club, general director of VDNH, chairman of the board of Radar Tech, and managing partner of UNIT.City.
In 2019, Bakhmatov became an advisor to the mayor of Kyiv on investments and digitalization, and in 2020 he founded the public organization “Transformation Office”.
From almost all positions, Bakhmatov “came with a scandal.” As our source reports, “Bakhmatov’s appointment will be a disaster for the district and for the image of the authorities.”.

According to sources, the Holosiivskyi district
Dunayevska has a reputation as a professional in her field without a "corrupt trail" and, if the Cabinet of Ministers approves her candidacy, she will be one of the most successful appointments to the head of the capital's district.

Regarding the heads of the Dniprovsky , Darnytsky , and Solomyansky districts of the capital, according to sources, as of now, the candidates have not yet been determined.
Dniprovskyi will probably be headed by an athlete with the surname “Povadiy”, while in Darnytsia and Solomyanskyi negotiations with candidates are still underway. In Solomyanskyi, acting head Smyk, the current deputy, may well be appointed, and the same situation is in Darnytsia.
