People's deputy from the banned OPZZH party, Ihor Kisilyov, who is accused of illegal enrichment in the amount of more than 70 million hryvnias, continues to live a luxurious life even with the investigation of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP). Journalists noted that together with his wife, Kisilyov regularly uses the new Range Rover 2023, the cost of which is about 6 million hryvnias. It is worth noting that this car was not included in the deputy's declaration, which further complicates his situation.

At the beginning of the year, journalists reported that Ihor Kisilyov, who was elected to the parliament from the currently banned "OPZZH", most likely uses his mother-in-law's apartment in the luxury residential complex "Diamond Hill" in the center of Kyiv. The cost of such an apartment with an area of 360 square meters, depending on the renovation, now reaches from 2 to 5 million dollars. Journalists of Bihus.Info recorded how a Mercedes registered to Kisilyov's wife leaves the closed territory of this residential complex. This car is used by the people's deputy himself.
After the publication of the story, the lawyers of "Tysna" (Bihus.Info) appealed to the NAKC with a statement about the discrepancy between the people's deputy's standard of living and his and his family's wealth. According to the results of lifestyle monitoring, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption revealed signs of illegal enrichment of more than UAH 70 million in People's Deputy Ihor Kisilyov. The conclusion regarding the people's deputy was sent to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
Analyzing further the income and expenses of the family, Bihus.Info noticed that in 2023 the wife of Hanna Kisilyova received income from the main place of work from the company "ZAKHYDUKRVYBUKHPROM". It is for this company that the 2023 Range Rover, which the couple regularly uses to visit restaurants in the capital, is designed. Journalists recorded how the family twice visits recreation complexes: a restaurant in the center and a suburban complex "SHELEST".
According to Bihus.Info sources, the Kisilovs also used the same car to cross the border on June 9, 2024. It is interesting that the people's deputy stayed outside Ukraine for two months.
Kisilyov himself replied to journalists that the Range Rover is his wife's official car, so he is not obliged to declare it.
